Hilton Brussels Grand Place Hotel, Brussels

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The location was perfect, right next to the Central Train station and in the heart of Brussels. The room was spacious, fully equipped, and overlooked a charming little square. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. However, the dining experience was a bit underwhelming with limited options for breakfast.

The hotel's rooms were a mix of great with amazingly comfy beds and a need for renovations as they looked outdated and small. However, the service was spectacular, especially in comparison to a disappointing previous experience, with thoughtful touches like daily water bottle replacements in the warm summer weather. The location couldn't be better, offering both proximity to the Grand Place and the convenience of being just across Brussels Central station. The dining experience had its flaws with poor quality items, but the offering at the lounge was somewhat limiting. Overall, the facilities provided a decent stay, though some areas could use improvement.
